'Robin Day is one of the most significant British designers of the 20th century. Since winning first prize in the Storage Section of the International Competition for Low-Cost Furniture Design (organised by MoMA in 1948), Day built a legacy of innovation and forward focused design. This iconic sofa was designed for high end furniture producer Hille in 1960. Its innovative design won a Design Centre Award in 1961.

The modular suite comprises of 2 metal frames, 3 seated sections and one square table. The whole set is interchangeable and can be configured to suit your personal needs.'

In overall good original condition, two of the upholstery seating pillows have minor rips under.
